Wednesdays:  6 - 7 pm.*

Saturdays:  9 - 10 am.

*Wednesday classes are pre-register only.  Classes will only be held if two or more people pre-register, so you must call Open Circle Studio by 9pm on Monday to sign up, or you can call ME by 11pm Tuesday.  No pre-payment is necessary, but you are on the honor system to come to the class you've signed up for.

Classes are held at Open Circle Studio, 212 W. Main St. in Richmond, KY.  It is accross the street from City Hall, and on the same block as Woody's.

If you pre-pay for more than one class, you do not have to come to consecutive classes.  You may, however, call ahead to reserve your spot.  There is room for 12 people in each class, and the first people who get their name on the sign up list get in.

Fitness Walking  -  Tues and Thurs, 5 - 5:55pm

In this class we will be walking around campus (weather permitting) with a few moves in-between (such as leg lifts and squats).  Class will end with 15 minutes of yoga-style stretching and relaxation.
